About MERLOT

Superb soft damson and black fruit. Exclusive estate production of the vineyards located on the most northern tip of Garda Lake accompanied by an ideal Mediterranean climate. An elegant soft fruity Merlot.

Vinified with grapes from our own vineyards with a panoramic view of Garda Lake. Traditional red vinification with a 6–7-day maceration of the skins, temperature controlled fermentation at 20°-26°C and short refinement in oak barrels for 6-8 months.

Colour: Garnet red.

Fragrance: intense with a mixture of ripe fruits and a hint of oak.

Flavour: dry, complex and well-structured.

It pairs well with grilled beef, lamb, sweet & sour pork, grilled vegetables, mild cheeses like Gouda, mushroom-based dishes and soups.
