Quality production
THE “PERGOLA” CULTIVATION SYSTEM.
A system used for centuries in the area, the Pergola optimises photosynthesis and promotes healthy grapes. It also prevents them from burning during the final period prior to harvesting.
HAND-HARVESTED.
Our growers spend 600 to 900 hours per hectare, per year in the vineyards: up to ten times more than other Pinot Grigio regions. We carry out multistage hand harvesting to ensure that only ripe and healthy grapes arrive at the winery.
HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARDS.
Over 10,000 samples of grapes and wines are analysed each year ultimately assuring full traceability from the vineyards to each bottle
